BBQ PORK FOR CROWD

RECIPE FOR BBQ SAUCE AT BOTTOM

1 LARGE PORK LOIN ROAST (3-5 LBS)
2 CUPS WATER OR FLAVORED LIQUID TO TASTE (APPLE CIDER- CHICKEN BROTH ETC)
HOMEMADE BBQ SAUCE OR ONE BOTTLE OF YOUR FAVORITE
SALT AND PEPPER TO TASTE

PLACE ROAST IN COOKER AND ADD LIQUID
COOK ON LOW FOR EIGHT HOURS CHECK ON TO MAKE SURE
LIQUID HASN'T COOKED OFF

REMOVE AND TRIM ALL FAT FROM THE ROAST AND DRAIN JUICE FROM COOKER

RETURN ROAST TO COOKER

USING TWO FORKS SHRED THE PORK OR SLICE YOUR CHOICE
ADD BARBEQUE SAUCE, SALT AND PEPPER AND COOK ON LOW AN ADDITIONAL 1-2 HOURS


 SWEET BBQ SAUCE

2 CUPS APPLE CIDER
3/4 CUPS KETCHUP
1/2 CUP BROWN SUGAR
1 CUP BEER
1/4 CUP STEAK SAUCE
1 TABLESPOON YELLOW MUSTARD
2 TABLESPOONS CHILI POWDER
1 TABLESPOON SOY SAUCE
2 TEASPOONS PAPRIKA
DASH CAYENNE PEPPER
1 TEASPOON ONION POWDER
1 TEASPOON GARLIC POWDER
1 TABLESPOONS VINEGAR
1/2 TO 1 CUP FLOUR
1/2 TO 1 CUP WATER

DIRECTIONS

MIX ALL INGRIEDIANTS IN A LARGE SAUCEPAN EXCEPT FLOUR AND WATER
MIX WELL  AND COOK ON MEDIUM LOW HEAT 30-40 MINS

IN A SMALL BOWL COMBINE 1/2 CUP FLOUR AND 1/2 CUP WATER
ADD TO SAUCE STIRRING TO COMBINE.
 YOU MAY ADD
ADDITIONAL
FLOUR AND WATER TO THICKEN OR ADD MORE WATER OR BEER TO THIN AS DESIRED
