BELL PEPPER CASSEROLE


Ingredients

    1 pound ground beef
    1 onion
    1 bell pepper
    1 cup minute rice
    2 small cans of tomato sauce

Directions

    Chop your onion and bell pepper into small pieces and put them in a pot with ground beef.
    Brown the ground beef and saute the peppers and onions.
    Add rice and tomato sauce and stir until well blended.
    Put in a 2quart casserole dish with a lid.
    Bake at 375 degrees until bubbly (usually about 30 minutes). If it seems dry, add a little water.
