DIRECTIONS


 HEAT OVEN TO 375 F

SEPARATE BREAD STICKS

 CUT EACH CROSSWISE IN HALF

 WORKING WITH ONE PIECE AT A TIME STRETCH EACH TO 5 INCHES

TIE A KNOT IN EACH END

 ROLL IN CHEESE TO COAT EVENLY AND ON ALL SIDES

 PLACE 2 INCHES APART ON COOKING SHEET SPRAYED WITH COOKING SPRAY

BAKE 8 TO 10 MINUTES UNTIL GOLDEN BROWN

 MEANWHILE MIX RANCH DRESSING AND HOT PEPPER SAUCE

COOL THE BONES AND SERVE WITH ABOVE SAUCE
