 DIRECTIONS


 COMBINE RICOTTA, COCOA, SUGAR, VANILLA EXTRACT, ESPRESSO POWDER, AND 1/2 CUP OF THE YOGURT IN BLENDER OR PROCESSOR.  BLEND UNTIL SMOOTH YOU SHOULD HAVE ABOUT TWO CUPS OF PUDDING.
