1/2 CAN SWEETENED CONDENSED MILK

1 CUP CRUSHED FAVORITE NUTS

 6 OZS OF CARAMEL ICE CREAM TOPPING

 3 (1.4 OZ)  CHOCOLATE COVERED TOFFEE - CHOPPED

 (I USE HEATH TOFFEE BITS)

1 (8 OZ ) FROZEN WHIP TOPPING - THAWED

 ( I USE HOMEMADE RECIPE BELOW)

 

 DIRECTIONS


MIX CAKE MIX ACCORDING TO PACKAGE

 ADD IN NUTS AND MIX

 ADD TO CUPCAKE CUPS

BAKE CAKE  ACCORDING TO PACKAGE FOR 24 CUPCAKES

COOL FOR 5 MINUTES ON RACK

IN A SAUCEPAN OVER LOW HEAT

 COMBINE THE CONDENSED MILK AND CARMEL TOPPING

STIRRING UNTIL SMOOTH AND BLENDED

SLOWLY SPOON THE MIXTURE OVER ALL THE CUPCAKES

LETTING IT SINK INTO THE SLITS

 THEN SPRINKLE THE CHOPPED TOFFEE

 LIBERALLY OVER EACH CAKE WHILE STILL WARM

 THEN LET COOL COMPLETELY THEN TOP WITH WHIP TOPPING

 DECORATE WITH SWIRLS OF FAVORITE TOPPING

 I ADD A CHERRY OR STRAWBERRY TO CENTER THEN PUT THE SWIRLS


 HOMEMADE WHIPPED CREAM RECIPE

3 CUPS WHIPPING CREAM

 2 TEASPOONS VANILLA EXTRACT

 (USE DIFFERENT EXTRACTS FOR DIFFERENT FLAVORS)

 4 TABLE SPOONS GRANULATED SUGAR

 IN A MIXER WITH WHISK ATTACHMENT

 WHIP THE CREAM, VANILLA EXTRACT AND SUGAR
